InterCall is currently contracted to provide audio and video conferencing services.
Accounts have been set up within each Division for frequent users with an Access Code and ID to use for conferencing. If you have a need for your own InterCall account, one can be created upon your managers approval. If you need to use an InterCall account for a one-time meeting, please contact the Help Desk for assistance.
It is the responsibility of the Leader of the teleconference to notify all participants of the teleconference date/time, dial-in number and participant code.
To set up a teleconference (our accounts are the Reservationless-Plus option) there are two conference codes that will need to be used. One is the Participate conference code and the other is the Leader conference code. These codes are associated to the same InterCall account. These codes are reservation-less and can be used 24/7/365 without letting anyone know.
